TURNING BACK TIME
This photo of our owner, Jim Barth, was taken in 1995 when he upgraded from cast iron to a modern steel smokehouse. We now have 3 smokehouses and we still make all our sausages, bacon, hams, smoked meats, and cold cuts on-site.
