A graduate student at 21 working at
Barth's on the holidays while
getting his CPA degree.

he brings a wide collection of

Ana works in deli as well as

At Barths, Leonor is one of the chief
cashiers as well as helping with the

Carlos: He's speciality is cold cuts,

Christopher: he is a poultry expert and
primer counter person. He spends his
spare time jogging, among other things.
Giovanni: He has been the business
for 50 years and has experience as
a chef as well as a butcher.
Penny Gaiser: Penny has been in the
business for 35 years and is the mother
of five. She loves performing volunteer work.
Richie Gaiser: Richie is the same Richie
from Gaiser Pork Store in Union who's
been in the business for 35 years.
