Paige Barth - As the boss's daughter,
she has been working for the
boss for over ten years now.

Butch - Seafood specialist.
Over 40 years in the industry.

 

Willie - Ask him how many languages
he can take your orders in! Fifty
years in the industry and counting

Tony - Talk about knowing the business from the ground up, Tony is a professional farmer with 50 years in the food industry.

David - Hardware specialist.
Bringing high tech to the meat business.

 

Jose - Produce specialist and
all around nice guy.

Carlos - Kitchen staff &
deli food prep.

Howie over a decade in the industry
with specialty skills in cooking.

 

Leonel - Ten years in the industry,
with specialty in meat preparation.

Max Barth - Max comes from a long line
of meat preparation specialist. He's
learning the business from the inside out.

Ramyro - Specializes in cooking
and food packaging.

 

Pedro has been in the deli side of
the business for four years. Off the
job, soccer is his favorite pass time.

Ralph - Sixty years in the industry! Ralph learned and earned his trade
here in New Jersey.

Julian - In the industry 50 years,
Julian is the expert Kilbasi and
Kabanos maker, on site!

 

A graduate student at 21 working at
Barth's on the holidays while
getting his CPA degree.

As IT hardware and software expert
he brings a wide collection of
experience to Barth's Market.

Ana works in deli as well as
a cashier She learns fast &
knows her way around the store.

 

At Barths, Leonor is one of the chief
cashiers as well as helping with the
baked goods.

Mary is a cashier and salad specialist.
She also helps keep things lively
by her outgoing, friendly attitude.

Carlos: He's speciality is cold cuts,
although he works in many departments at the store. been in the business for 4 years.

 

Christopher: he is a poultry expert and
primer counter person. He spends his
spare time jogging, among other things.

Giovanni: He has been the business
for 50 years and has experience as
a chef as well as a butcher.

Penny Gaiser: Penny has been in the
business for 35 years and is the mother
of five. She loves performing volunteer work.

 

 

 

Richie Gaiser: Richie is the same Richie
from Gaiser Pork Store in Union who's
been in the business for 35 years.
